Karla Dubois limits refunds or exchanges to returns made within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in received condition. Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging with all included parts, tools, and hardware.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Replacement parts
- Closeout or sale items
All returns require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Returns and exchanges are reserved for products that were defective or damaged upon arrival. Functional products cannot be exchanged for alternate color variants or different items of equal value.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
It may take some time for refunded credit to be posted by your bank or credit card company. However, if you are concerned that your refund may be late or missing, contact the Karla Dubois representative that assisted with your return.
While we are happy to assist with processing your return, Karla Dubois is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
